My picture didn’t arrive
Each day’s picture is made from the photos you add. Clear, well-lit photos where the face is easy to see work best. Open Ourside to check on today’s picture. If it says new pictures are paused or something went wrong, your latest picture stays on your widget and you can try again later.
Adding the widget
Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen, tap the + button, search for Ourside, and choose a size. Ourside also walks you through this after your first picture.
Ourside Plus
Ourside Plus is billed by Apple and renews until you cancel. To cancel, open Ourside and go to Settings → Manage Subscription, or on your iPhone go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions. If you got a new iPhone or reinstalled Ourside, tap Restore Purchases in Ourside’s Settings. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Deleting your account
In Ourside, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This deletes your photos, people, and pictures. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel Ourside Plus, so cancel that first. See our Privacy Policy for more.
